a restaurant visited by Bunin, Kuprin and Dostoyevsky. After the revolution the restaurant was converted into the
Titan cinema,and today the well-known Premier casino operates there. The present-day restaurant occupies what was
the owner's offices. Old Russian merchant-style cuisine, the menu includes lamb on the bone, sterlet, Russian sausage,
roulades, pickles and jams made on the premises. Large wine menu. A meal costs at least 80 euros, so the customers
are mainly Russian and foreign businesspeople. The restaurant has a permanent display of works by painters and sculptors for sale. Le Paris Gourmet restaurant
